VINES AGE:  20 – 30 years
HARVEST:  September – October
FERMENTATION VATS: Ceramic amphorae
PRODUCTION METHOD:  Maceration on the skin in ceramic amphora 25–40 days with its natural yeasts
AGEING:  Approx. 12 months in ceramic amphora
CONSERVATION:  10 years or more
SERVING TEMPERATURE:  18° C
